RETURN POLICY Please be sure to inspect your order once it is received. Claims for shortages, errors or damaged merchandise must be reported within 30 days of order invoice date (US and Canada only). Please call for prior authorization. Bookstore returns must be reported within 90 days of invoice date. We do not accept returns on seasonal items.
